Gong Xi Fa Cai Part I

Oh hi. Happy Chinese New Year, everyone!! Ah, I guess I'm late again. But CNY lasts for 15 days ma, so I guess I'm not exactly that late... right? Heh.

I was soooo busy going out from Penang up to KL, that I can't even find time for myself. Oh dear, this is bad. Not only my blog is back to its dying mode, my studies are seriously dying as well! No kidding. I can barely remember anything I've learned in class. But yet, I still can't bring myself to study. Ah, slap me please.

Anyway, I had a pretty nice one-week CNY break. I get to meet almost everyone in Penang, since we're all back for the new year. :D And, I get to eat, talk and play. So, life's good. Hehe.

This time, I get to meet up with all the SSDs (Yay!). We had dinner at Seven in Gurney Plaza. Well honestly, I've never heard of it before but apparently, the food was not bad. So, we went there and I was surprised when I don't see any prices in their menu.

Eh hello! Heard of hak pengguna?! I have the right to know the prices before I step into your restaurant lo! Plan to cheat my money ah?! But it turned out, the prices for their dishes were already fixed for each category. Uh, okayyy... How am I to know? =x

Dinner was alright. Then later, we went to watch Tian Tian Hao Tian, a Malaysia-made chinese movie. Not bad at all, I must say. A huge leap from the disappointing Da Ri Zi (which was a waste of my time IMO) to something quite funny and meaningful.

If they carry on their efforts, I'm sure they will some day produce a movie as good as Money Not Enough 2.

I also get to meet up with Yvonne and Xing Yii! The four of us used to always stick together in class last time.

I'm glad nothing much has changed. Yvonne is still as slow and long-winded as ever, Chery being the same ol' Chery, complaining about how fat she is but still can't stop eating, and Xing Yii is still as clueless as she is smart! xD

LOL And we kind of have a routine now ever since our SPM Results Day. We ALWAYS meet up in Breeks (no matter Gurney or Queens) for our outing. We even sit at the same table all the time and we never leave until we talked for very long hours there! Btw, their grilled chicken chop with black pepper is super super nice la!! *stomach growling*

Haha, we hardly have the chance to vain anymore. So, please bear with our huge-ass vainpot photo. Hehe. This was taken when we were waiting for Chery Berry and Xing Yii to buy their drinks in Coffee Bean. Omg, now I see the major difference between big eyes and small eyes. *cries*

And, what's CNY without gambling and house-visiting? :D

Thanks, Zian for letting us crumble your house with our "HUATTT AHHH~~~" Heh. And thanks to Chen Ni for the BBQ (no pictures). I had a great time meeting the rest of OneOhClocks too! :) But, I can't believe I didn't get to meet AMANDA SIM! Hmmpf~

Ah, I hope we get to meet up with the JPA scholars soon before they start flying across the globe. =x

Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Pai Ti Kong Day!
