We Wish You A Merry Chrismas & A Happy New Year!

 

Whoopps. Maybe a little too late now. Heh. But, better late than never.. right? (excuses, excuses!) :P

Anyway, hello! I am now back in Sunway already for my new sem (bleh). But I have pretty much nothing to update about myself lately because all the subjects and lecturers are still fairly new to me. So, I guess I'll have to wait and see. And hopefully, they won't kill us anytime soon. *prays hard*

So, that aside, I've gotta say.. I had a pretty fun time during Christmas and New Year's Eve!! :)

On Christmas Day, I went to Julia's BBQ beach party with Zian. At first, I thought it was kind of awkward because the rest of them were all Julia's schoolmates and I didn't know any of them. But they turned out to be quite friendly and we fit in the group right away.

Then the next day, the SSD (minus Leo) went to Chery's annual Christmas party at her house.

It is always nice hanging out with them because it is SO HARD for us to meet up now where everybody is free. So, yeah.. We talked. We laughed. We shared news among one another. And somehow, it ended up into a photo-taking session! LOL. Hmm, I wonder who's the culprit?

And I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life! Haha. I FRIGGIN LOVE THEM!!

After a few shots though, we felt that it didn't exactly feel like Christmas.. So, we tried to create the atmosphere but as you can see above, we failed horribly to try and imitate a pair of reindeers' horns and a roof of a home (O.O) Hence, the props came in. With santa hats and all.. Hehe. :D

[Edit: Everyone is correcting me that Wan Yuen was actually imitating a Christmas tree! LOL]

Well, of course that WASN'T enough! What's a Christmas without MR. SANTA CLAUS?!!! So...

Ta-dahhhhhh~~ OUR VERY OWN SANTA CLAUS! Wahahahahahaha... Don't you think she look super cute?! I do, I do!! :D We practically laughed our asses off, trying to assemble her outfit. 

And what the heck! Have you ever seen a Santa throwing only packets of biscuits as presents? LOL, so low budget mia this Santa. Boo sama dia!! xD

OMG I had so much fun that night! Now we all know how Chery Berry looks like in a Santa suit. Hehe. We also exchanged presents, and I got a Skinfood hand cream from Caryn. Yay for me! Just what I needed. My hands are as rough as sandpaper. Boohoo.

Then during New Year's Eve, I went out with OneOhClock to countdown for the year 2011 in Queensbay. Walao, the place was sooooo packed with people la! @.@ 

But, it was a horrible countdown to me because the hosts were so lousy at emcee-ing. We could barely hear them counting down at all, then suddenly.. "5, 4....3,2,1" and silence. Then after a few seconds, there was a 3-mins fireworks. I was like O_o?? the whole time.

I was expecting a better countdown lo. I thought every countdown should begin with 10 seconds? And shouldn't all of us shout "HAPPPYYYY NEWWW YEAARRRRR" after the last second with the fireworks playing at the same time? Haihs, poor management.

Well, at least I had a great time with all of them. After the countdown, we even went to KFC to yum cha. LOL it was almost 2 by the time I reached home! All in all, it was nice to welcome the new year with your close friends, even if the countdown sucks. Hehh..
