Flying FOX

I am proud to say, I HAVE CONQUERED MY FEAR!!

Few days ago, we went to play flying fox at SkyTrex Adventure Park in Taman Pertanian Malaysia, Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam. It was an unofficial class outing, but I was happy that most of us could make it because it is so rare for us to go together in such a big group!

At first, I almost did not go because of my fear of height. LOL remember this: "First time"? That was when I first experienced a mini flying fox in CGL. But this was different - it's about 17 meters high.

Just by climbing that stupid ladder is enough to make me pant like crazy. And that was just the beginning of the entire thing. LOL. On the way up, I was trying not to look down and just focus on my steps, "Keep going, keep going.."

There were a lot of challenges along the way, not just the flying fox. It was frightening at first, then it got easier. But the worst will still be the hanging cylinders!!

It looks easy but that stupid thing is so unstable and kept swinging that makes it hard for you to move. My heart almost fall out along with my jelly legs at that time. =.=" The Tarzan swing was hard too, but I just walked on the rope instead.

I think the flying fox is FUN and EXHILARATING! However, I was really afraid of the moment just before I jump because you're supposed to LET GO of your body and I was just too scared. And, I've gotta say this again: This photo of Eugene flying is awesome!

Luckily that wasn't me. Because I wouldn't have look so yeng and pro; probably too busy screaming like a mad person. xD Hehe.

The whole duration took approximately 2 hours, but it felt like half an hour. The wait for our turns was even longer than the game itself. Because there were just so many of us! I am so happy I went. The feeling after the whole thing was so nice, especially for me, because I never expected myself to go through all the stages!

Special thanks to Soon Keong for staying behind me because I was scared. LOL I know you wanted to play first but you stayed behind anyway. So, thanks a bunch! And, credits to Liyana and Amanda for their amazing photos during this entire trip.

I really had a lot of fun. I wish all of us could do this again.
