i was really thinking,
"NOOOOO! this is NOT happening!"
when i heard from my History teacher that the trials were brought forward,
i thought, 'nahh, it's just some kind of rumour to scare us off..'
of course, i should have known better. she's our DISCIPLINE teacher!
i guess i still have this tiny weeny hope that it was NOT true.
BUT!
later, Pn. Lim Li Li came in my class and announced that,
the dates for our trials have indeed been brought forward a month earlier than what we were expecting, which also mean.. AUG 10: DOOMSDAY.
i was pretty much "OH SHIT"-ing the whole way.. @@
so basically, we have exactly ONE month before sitting for the exam.
omg, ONE MONTH?!?! this is insane.
how are we going to study EVERYTHING in 30 days?? jkdslghfljkhb.
KILL ME.
fortunately, today wasn't entirely a MAJOR disaster; we had Singing Competition.
i didn't know we have so many talented singers in our school. :D
i truly admire their courage to sing on stage, in front of so many people!
good job, everyone! and congrats to all the winners!
both Xing Yii and Edith did great too, CONGRATS on getting third place! ♥
and of course, congratulations to Jolene, Min Yan and Poh Ean.
they got first for group's category!! :D:D:D
